Responsibilities

  • Establecer y fortalecer relaciones operativas a nivel central con cuentas clave institucionales como IMSS Ordinario, IMSS Bienestar, ISSSTE, SEDENA y CCINSHAE
  • Coordinar procesos contractuales incluyendo formalización, cumplimiento, agotamiento, gestión de cartera, modificaciones operativas y la inclusión de terapias diferenciales
  • Drive consultative sales of new and existing medical products and services
  • Execute customer-centric strategies to enhance institutional engagement
  • Lead contract lifecycle management: negotiation, formalization, compliance, and renewals
  • Provide expert guidance on institutional purchasing processes and requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Market Access, Tenders) to ensure aligned execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with administrative, medical, and procurement teams in central offices
  • Generate commercial intelligence and identify new business opportunities
  • Support forecasting, targeting, and promotional planning
  • Indirectly lead and influence cross-functional commercial teams
