Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading procurement functions in a large, matrixed organization
- Experience implementing center-led or centralized procurement models
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Proven success driving change with supporting business cases that involve process and technology implementations
- Strong track record of delivering significant and sustainable cost reductions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities
- Lead the transition to a center-led procurement model to align with enterprise goals
- Streamline and improve procurement lifecycle processes and clarify roles
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to source and implement new procurement platform with appropriate integration to existing technologies
- Drive adoption of centralized policies, tools, and category strategies
- Manage and coach staff during the change process
- Work with other second lines to design and implement cohesive policies and processes that comply with regulatory and ethical sourcing standards. Align and promote common terminology
- Build and mentor a high performing team to drive and sustain value through strategic vendor relationships
- Champion the transition to leverage actionable data to improve visibility and decision making related to managing external spend
- Work with stakeholders and leadership to implement an appropriate governance framework and policies that align with the company's culture and standards
- Provide input on strategies to Category Managers and stakeholders. Serve as Chief Negotiator in complex and/or strategic dealmaking and/or dispute settlement
