Responsibilities

Support the CINO in overseeing and tracking financial performance and KPIs of advisory teams in Global and Asia divisions
Monitor and analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to provide strategic insights and drive data-informed decisions
Work with IES leadership to track progress on strategic initiatives and identify improvements
Prepare board presentations with accurate data and clear insights
Manage gathering and consolidating information from departments for comprehensive senior stakeholder reports
Serve as key contact for board-related matters and executive communications
Support CINO in shaping and executing global innovation strategy aligned with trends and best practices
Conduct research to identify key global events, conferences, and forums for strategic exposure
Facilitate participation in high-impact innovation summits, securing speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities
Create content and presentations for speaking engagements and client communications
