Responsibilities

  • Support the CINO in overseeing and tracking financial performance and KPIs of advisory teams in Global and Asia divisions
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics to provide strategic insights and drive data-informed decisions
  • Work with IES leadership to track progress on strategic initiatives and identify improvements
  • Prepare board presentations with accurate data and clear insights
  • Manage gathering and consolidating information from departments for comprehensive senior stakeholder reports
  • Serve as key contact for board-related matters and executive communications
  • Support CINO in shaping and executing global innovation strategy aligned with trends and best practices
  • Conduct research to identify key global events, conferences, and forums for strategic exposure
  • Facilitate participation in high-impact innovation summits, securing speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities
  • Create content and presentations for speaking engagements and client communications
