Requirements

Candidates should possess a can-do attitude, anticipate and solve problems, and inspire others to achieve results. A curious mindset, executive presence, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with executives and translating between technical and business audiences. Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments, preferably startups, is required. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, business operations, and enterprise IT domains is preferred. Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs, dashboards) is necessary. While not strictly required, a North America-based location is preferred, with an expectation of approximately 6 trips per year within the US for company summits and executive offsites.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff will drive quarterly and annual planning processes, track goals and key results (OKRs), and design operational rhythms including leadership meetings and project reviews. They will act as a trusted advisor to the CISO and leadership team, helping to prioritize initiatives and escalate blockers, while also crafting executive briefs, board materials, and internal communications. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives and special projects, building program dashboards, timelines, and risk tracking for on-time delivery. Additionally, the Chief of Staff will coach leaders and teams on process improvement and workflow scalability, and partner with HR, Finance, and Engineering on headcount, budget, and resourcing plans.
