Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential. Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness are also necessary.
The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will manage multiple large Security programs and projects in enterprise environments, from business case to implementation. Responsibilities include developing detailed execution plans, managing financials, progress tracking, metrics, change control, testing, and release processes within budget constraints. The role involves providing overall communication, creating status reports for steering committees, and applying best practices throughout project phases. Understanding global cybersecurity themes, regulations, trends, tools, and terms is also a key aspect of the role.
