Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of hands-on project management experience and 6-8 years of PM experience within a large to medium-sized software company. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required. Preferred candidates will have 4-5 years of experience in a related field. Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills are essential. Exceptional relationship-building skills with empathy and social awareness are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Staff Technical Program Manager will manage multiple large Security programs and projects in enterprise environments, from business case to implementation. Responsibilities include developing detailed execution plans, managing financials, progress tracking, metrics, change control, testing, and release processes within budget constraints. The role involves providing overall communication, creating status reports for steering committees, and applying best practices throughout project phases. Additionally, the position entails leading strategic planning, streamlining work processes, engaging with the business to understand technical needs and requirements, driving crucial conversations with senior executives, coordinating PMO activities, developing standardized program management methodologies, and guiding teams while mitigating obstacles. Understanding global cybersecurity themes, regulations, trends, tools, and terms is also a key aspect of the role.
