Candidates should possess at least six years of experience driving execution and operational excellence in high-growth environments, preferably within a private equity-backed tech-enabled services company with between 100 and 1,000 employees. Additional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development is highly valued.
The Chief of Staff will drive strategic initiatives by collaborating with the CEO and senior leadership to execute high-impact projects and company-wide operations, optimize leadership operations by managing and coordinating senior leadership meetings, driving executive decision-making processes, and ensuring key initiatives stay on track, lead the preparation of board materials, investor presentations, and key reports to support fundraising and strategic decision-making, oversee and execute complex, high-priority projects across teams, sometimes representing the CEO to maintain momentum and alignment, and partner with the CEO to optimize CEO’s time and schedule, executive offsites, and critical business communications, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
