Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a strategic problem-solving role; prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, management consulting or investment banking
  • A strong ability to break down unstructured problems into their component parts, recommend solutions, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement them
  • A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering operational initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize insights from complex data
  • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
  • Willingness to work in the New York City office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic projects across the product organization; dive deep into areas of high priority
  • Develop and industrialize operational processes in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support the Product organization’s strategic operating rhythm, including managing commercial requests, data governance, ensuring compliance with R&D rituals, and driving our annual/quarterly planning processes
  • Champion initiatives to strengthen relationships between product and other departments
  • Work directly with the CPO on high-visibility initiatives
  • Develop and manage operational workflows such as quarterly and annual planning, board meeting preparation, and commercial requests from the Revenue organization
  • Pursue one-off research projects as IC PM support to the Chief Product & Data Officer
  • Analyze and identify where there are opportunities for improvement in the product process and ensure compliance across the organization with R&D rituals
