Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. They must have 8-10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior roles as a CFO or VP of Finance, and demonstrate a deep understanding of corporate financial law, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial modeling. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are also required, along with experience working with executive teams and boards, and familiarity with ERP and financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

The Chief Financial Officer will direct all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury. They will lead the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, provide accurate and timely financial reporting to key stakeholders, manage cash flow and capital structure, oversee financial audits and compliance, assess financial risks and opportunities, develop KPIs and performance metrics, lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, and partner with other executives on strategic initiatives like M&A and fundraising.
