Candidates need 10+ years of proven experience delivering a major aerospace subsystem or vehicle from concept through delivery, strong systems engineering and technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred). Additional requirements include U.S. citizenship eligible for DoD Secret clearance and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
