Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training in modules including Explosives Plant Operations and Troubleshooting, Coating Technologies, Chemical Finishing Processes and Inspection, Analytical Techniques and Experimentation in Chemical Defense, Chemical Process Technology, and Melting and Mixing Technology
  • Design and implement engaging, hands-on lessons, workshops, and assessments aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Ensure training is industry-focused with emphasis on real-world applications and technical competencies
  • Assess trainees’ practical and theoretical understanding, provide structured feedback, and maintain high teaching quality through peer reviews and lesson observations
  • Engage and motivate trainees to foster technical excellence and professional behaviors
  • Manage course content and success rates, develop and refine training materials to align with industry advancements and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing LCI’s training programs
  • Conduct assessments, internal verification, and maintain documentation in compliance with LCI policies
  • Ensure safety, functionality, and upkeep of training equipment, tools, and lab facilities
  • Organize enrichment activities including industry visits, guest lectures, and hands-on projects
  • Support trainee selection, recruitment, enrollment, guidance, mentorship, and career progression
  • Promote equal opportunities, safeguarding, and welfare in the training environment
  • Collaborate with a flexible training team to enhance the learning experience
  • Stay updated with industry and pedagogical advancements through continuous professional development
