Responsibilities

The Chef Instructor, Savory will model and direct employees to meet customer service standards, deliver exceptional cooking class experiences using provided recipes and game plans, maintain product knowledge through training and resources, ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness, work as part of a team to achieve sales goals, provide coaching and performance feedback to Kitchen Assistants, and address problems by taking decisive action and communicating with the Resident Chef. They will also record time worked, follow Sur La Table policies and procedures, and handle tasks such as serving beverages and fulfilling additional responsibilities as assigned.
