As part of our growth, we are seeking a CRM Project Manager to strengthen our Customer Experience team, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 offering in Nantes. Our focus areas include expertise, functional support (AMOA), project management, implementation, and CRM strategy. Our clients are major groups and leaders in their respective sectors such as finance, real estate, insurance, and industry, as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies based across France. In addition to national reach, you will be involved in projects in the West region, working closely with clients.
