Position Overview

As part of our growth, we are seeking a CRM Project Manager to strengthen our Customer Experience team, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 offering in Nantes. Our focus areas include expertise, functional support (AMOA), project management, implementation, and CRM strategy. Our clients are major groups and leaders in their respective sectors such as finance, real estate, insurance, and industry, as well as large SMEs and mid-sized companies based across France. In addition to national reach, you will be involved in projects in the West region, working closely with clients.

Responsibilities

As a CRM Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-End CRM Project Management: You will be responsible for managing CRM projects from start to finish, coordinating with technical and functional teams, as well as various partners.
  • CRM Project Steering: Manage the entire lifecycle of CRM projects, from preliminary study to go-live, including scoping, planning, monitoring, and closing.
  • Project Team Management: Lead and coordinate internal project teams (consultants, technical experts) and external teams (client, solution publishers, service providers), ensuring proper task allocation and adherence to deadlines.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain fluid and transparent communication with clients throughout the project, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Risk and Budget Management: Identify, anticipate, and manage potential project risks. Monitor the allocated budget and ensure project profitability.
  • Change Management: Support clients in adopting the new CRM solution through training, communication, and post-implementation support activities.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with clients and Talan experts to understand and formalize their functional and technical CRM needs, identifying business challenges and strategic objectives.
  • Solution Design: Actively participate in the design of CRM architectures and solutions tailored to each client's specific needs (platform selection, etc.).
