Candidates should possess 5-7 years of Professional Services experience as a project or program manager overseeing the delivery of SaaS implementation projects, specifically including experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, and Jira. Formal project management training and/or certification, such as PMP, are required.
The Lead - Customer Engagement will be responsible for coordinating closely with customer and internal teams to plan, execute, and successfully implement FreshBooks’ SaaS products. This includes managing all aspects of project management and coordination, such as scope and change request management, developing implementation plans, conducting pre-kickoff and kick-off meetings, establishing project plans and milestones, participating in developing practices and templates, ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering “moments of wow,” defining resource requirements, coordinating project teams, establishing communication and risk management plans, managing onsite customer visits, monitoring project progress, coordinating with sales and implementation services, recommending product enhancements, and potentially requiring 20% or more travel and working outside of normal office hours.
