Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of Professional Services experience as a project or program manager overseeing the delivery of SaaS implementation projects, specifically with experience in platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, and similar solutions. They should have formal project management training and/or certification, such as PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

The Lead - Customer Engagement will be the prime contact for customers during implementation and deployment of Freshworks’ software and services, managing all aspects of project management and coordination, including scope and change request management. They will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and execute implementation plans, conduct pre-kickoff and kick-off meetings, lead the development of plans and programs, and ensure the delivery of solutions within agreed-upon timeframes. The role involves monitoring project progress, reporting to senior management, coordinating customer visits, and communicating effectively with stakeholders, while also recommending product enhancements and working with sales and implementation services to scope customer engagements. Additionally, they will establish and manage communication and risk management plans, coordinate resources, and may require travel and working outside of regular hours.
