The Chargeback Operations Intern will analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes, investigate individual transactions using internal policies, and identify patterns or trends. Responsibilities include working cross-functionally with fraud and disputes teams, understanding systems and tools, collaborating to improve loss prevention mechanisms, learning about fraud prevention techniques, maintaining SLAs for case resolution, and handling escalations professionally.
