Requirements

  • Expérience réussie en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement dynamique (agence d'emploi, service CSP multisites)
  • Maîtrise des techniques de sourcing et des outils de gestion des recrutements
  • Excellent relationnel et sens de l'organisation pour gérer efficacement plusieurs recrutements simultanément
  • Proactif, autonome et capable de s'adapter rapidement à un environnement exigeant
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) indispensable, anglais est un plus

Responsibilities

  • Gérer le processus de recrutement en lien avec les besoins opérationnels France, de la diffusion des offres au suivi des entretiens sur sites
  • Sourcer et attirer les meilleurs talents via différents canaux de recrutement
  • Réaliser des entretiens téléphoniques et visio pour évaluer les compétences et la motivation des candidats
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des candidatures et garantir une expérience candidat de qualité
  • Gérer les besoins, sourcing et recrutement de la région avec les managers et le CODIR régional
  • Suivre à distance les candidats, managers et RH tout au long du processus de recrutement
  • Effectuer des actions en région : formation de managers aux techniques de recrutement, salons, projets marque employeur, etc
