Requirements

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire ou technique (administration, génie industriel, science de la consommation) ou l’équivalent dans un domaine pertinent
  • Posséder au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le domaine manufacturier/construction
  • Expérience en gestion de changement
  • Expérience ou connaissances avec le déploiement informatique (ERP, SCADA, MES, etc.) un atout
  • Connaissances en cartographie de processus, en formation
  • Anglais avancé (interaction avec collègues anglophones)

  • Implanter des projets de transformation numérique en assurant une transition humaine et en douceur
  • Assurer l’adoption réussie des nouvelles solutions TI en usine ou dans les bureaux
  • S’immerger dans les milieux de travail pour comprendre les défis et assurer une transition efficace
  • Jouer un rôle de facilitation auprès des gens
  • Analyser les parties prenantes et aider à comprendre les enjeux des changements
  • Assurer des communications claires et efficaces
  • Aider les équipes à cartographier leurs processus actuels et futurs
  • Contribuer à planifier une formation répondant aux besoins des équipes
  • Collaborer et s’intégrer à une équipe dynamique
