Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI/ML projects (25%), driving through all lifecycle phases using hybrid methodologies, managing scope/timeline/budget/quality, coordinating dependencies, and navigating AI challenges
  • Support implementation and optimization of AI/ML platforms and intelligent automation initiatives (20%), including MLOps pipelines, feature stores, model monitoring, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and process automation
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI solutions driving measurable business outcomes and ROI; manage vendor relationships and ensure responsible AI practices
  • Serve as primary point of contact for AI project teams, business owners, and executives (20%); deliver communications like status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments
  • Translate complex AI concepts into business value language; facilitate stakeholder alignment via reviews, sessions, meetings, and forums; present updates, metrics, and recommendations using visualization and storytelling
  • Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams, manage daily standups, sprints, and resource allocation as a mentor and trusted advisor
  • Orchestrate projects from concept to production deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business value and ethical principles in the PMO
