  • Connaissance du milieu du bâtiment/de l’hôtellerie (un plus)

Responsibilities

  • Gestion du portefeuille clients prescripteurs sur la zone (Région Grand Lyon : 01, 26, 38, 42, 63, 69)
  • Coordination avec le chargé d’affaire responsable des relations avec les entreprises facturées : visites ponctuelles duo
  • Être en amont avec les entreprises générales pour identifier les affaires et être force de proposition (variantes de revêtement de sol)
  • Développer le portefeuille principalement en maîtrises d’ouvrages
  • Développer des contrats de référencement régionaux
  • Identification et suivi de projets à court et moyen terme via prospection (architectes, économistes, promoteurs) jusqu'à la livraison
  • Être force de proposition en écoutant les besoins spécifiques (design, technique, performance)
  • Être en lien avec les collègues pour échanger informations stratégiques sur projets/chantiers
  • Gérer son emploi du temps de façon optimum pour déplacements et visites récurrentes clients prioritaires
  • Programmer actions par rapport à l’avancement des grands projets à long terme
  • Tenir à jour son CRM (clients, affaires, compte rendu RDV)
