Responsibilities

  • Collect and qualify requests from external and internal users and guide clients towards autonomy
  • Handle phone calls and emails from various clients to respond to their requests
  • Identify the requester and ensure accuracy of the client database
  • Qualify priority and type, summarize the request, and perform necessary tests
  • Process assigned tickets
  • Answer questions and guide clients on the software using documentation
  • Parameterize the tool via the client interface
  • Process requests according to defined procedures
  • Transmit requests to the designated intervenor clearly, synthetically, and completely
  • Communicate with the client on the progress of their request
