Responsibilities

Collect and qualify requests from external and internal users and guide clients towards autonomy
Handle phone calls and emails from various clients to respond to their requests
Identify the requester and ensure accuracy of the client database
Qualify priority and type, summarize the request, and perform necessary tests
Process assigned tickets
Answer questions and guide clients on the software using documentation
Parameterize the tool via the client interface
Process requests according to defined procedures
Transmit requests to the designated intervenor clearly, synthetically, and completely
Communicate with the client on the progress of their request
