The position offers a brut annual salary paid over 13 months, night premium, profit-sharing and participation based on results, matching plan, housing allowance, internet allowance, and a 19.5€ meal voucher. The role involves covering stores in assigned sectors such as Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Paris, and others, working in pairs with a Sales Manager or autonomously, with the contract attached to the Paris headquarters.
Required skills include relational qualities for collaboration with clients and internal teams, pedagogy and ability to convince, and autonomy/organization to make decisions and achieve objectives. A Bac to Bac+2 diploma is needed, with experience in similar roles or large distribution being a plus.
You will work in a duo with a Sales Manager (RDV) to cover stores and ensure fundamentals, with perfect communication to your RDV and Unit Manager (N+2), and play a key role as 'right-hand' in corporate projects.
Strong candidates have a commercial mindset, passion for challenges, relational skills for building client relationships, autonomy to meet sector objectives, and a Bac to Bac+2 diploma with relevant experience in sales or retail.
