Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management, with a strong understanding of technology sales and partner ecosystems. Experience with SaaS solutions and a proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships are highly desirable.
The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners, developing qualified pipeline, achieving profitability objectives, and driving partner recruitment. They will identify and evaluate potential partners, develop territory plans, establish strong relationships with key personnel, initiate involvement of internal resources, proactively assess partner needs, and build joint partner planning processes to achieve mutual performance objectives and strategic milestones.
