Requirements

  • Experiencia previa en Trade marketing o ventas, deseable en el sector ferretero o automotriz
  • Conocimiento sólido de marketing, promoción de ventas y técnicas de trade marketing
  • Desarrollo de planes estratégicos a corto y mediano plazo, así como su implementación, seguimiento y análisis de resultados
  • Realización de briefs para agencias de materiales promocionales, publicidad y activaciones
  • Manejo y control de presupuesto e inventarios
  • Manejo de bases de datos

Responsibilities

  • Implementar la estrategia de marketing y ejecución comercial, asegurando presencia relevante de las marcas y cumplimiento de planogramas, promociones y activaciones
  • Adaptar la ejecución a las particularidades de cada punto de venta acorde al tipo de cliente
  • Alinear los objetivos comerciales, de sell-out y de desarrollo de canal, entre el equipo de Mkt y ventas
  • Analizar data de sell-out, cobertura, share, precios y promociones para identificar oportunidades
  • Desarrollar dashboards y presentar análisis ejecutivos con recomendaciones
  • Recopilar información y feedback del campo sobre la aceptación y efectividad de las estrategias
  • Construir junto con marketing y ventas los planes trimestrales de canal (activaciones, lanzamientos, promociones y exhibiciones)
  • Coordinar recursos internos y externos (proveedores, logística, equipo comercial) para la correcta implementación de cada iniciativa, midiendo ROI, incremento de sell-out y participación en el punto de venta de dichas iniciativas
  • Proponer ajustes basados en datos y evolución del mercado
  • Definir criterios de ejecución y medirlos mediante auditorías y scorecards
  • Medir la ejecución en tiendas mediante auditorías internas o externas, con scorecards mensuales
  • Identificar desviaciones y activar acciones correctivas
  • Priorizar puntos de venta clave y desarrollar materiales de capacitación para el equipo
  • Desarrollar materiales de capacitación y realizar sesiones periódicas para reforzar conocimientos y habilidades (técnicas de exhibición, comunicación con el cliente, manejo de objeciones)
