Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold positive relationships with key accounts, KOLs, and customers to gather actionable market intelligence and identify growth opportunities
  • Aid and empower channel partners to boost revenue performance, secure consistent bookings, assess sales pipelines, and deliver accurate forecasts
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Drive deal closures to meet revenue, margin, and growth objectives
  • Proactively address customer issues to ensure swift resolution and deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Mentor, guide, and develop channel partner teams to strengthen their commercial capabilities and alignment with Thermo Fisher’s business goals
  • Join forces with channel partners to broaden market share, improve brand visibility, and establish a balanced foundation for long-term business expansion
  • Manage Distributors who sell and promote Microbiology products in clinical and industrial fields
