We are seeking an energetic and motivated Channel Account Manager to join our Australian Service Provider team. This role is ideal for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic partners across Australia, helping them build pipelines, win customers, and drive market share.
Requirements
- Previous field sales and channel enablement experience.
- Understanding of communications services and how to sell them in the Australian market (UCaaS/CCaaS).
- Understanding on how to engage with Carrier service providers.
- Aptitude to learn technology, especially cloud-based Unified Communications / Contact Centre Team and emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Learn RingCentral's sales methodologies and service capabilities to lead sales conversations and guide partners.
- Become an expert on the competition, market knowledge, and industry data to demonstrate thought leadership to Service Providers.
- Understand Service Providers' business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policies.
- Develop and expand seller relationships within Service Providers to effectively sell RingCentral services.
- Create programs and initiatives to drive awareness of RingCentral solutions within your territory.
- Create and implement plans to help Service Providers generate leads and qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Train Service Providers on product, process, and solutions according to best practices.
- Co-sell and conduct key deal reviews for UCaaS Deals.
- Assist Service Providers with quotes and proposals.
- Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Providers.
- Represent RingCentral at sales events alongside partners.
- Travel across Australia to engage with sales teams weekly.
