Requirements

Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in SaaS Channel Sales, partnerships, or a related role, with a proven track record in driving sales strategies. A network of relevant US-based partners, including VARs, consultants, and tech partners selling complementary solutions, is essential. The ability to build relationships and influence C-level decision-makers at partner companies is required, along with demonstrated success in driving revenue through a partner ecosystem. Familiarity with US mid-market and enterprise sales motions through partners, and the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, joint business plans, and partnership pitches are necessary. Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are also important.

Responsibilities

The Channel Account Manager will execute the global partner strategy in the US, which includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners, and growing indirect sales revenue in the North America region. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new channel partners to expand market share and guiding them through the channel lifecycle to revenue generation. Creating and driving business plans with strategic partners to identify sales activities and business opportunities using MDF is key. The role involves owning a partner-sourced revenue target and regularly reporting on pipeline, progress, and KPIs, including running forecast calls with partners to ensure accountability for their commitments.
