  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational development within a large global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (bonus)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model)
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications in change management, project management (e.g., PMP), or organizational development (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the enterprise transformation strategy and identify key priorities and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Implement and manage change management processes, including developing communication plans, training programs, and resources to support stakeholders through transformation initiatives
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, promote buy-in, and facilitate workshops and meetings for alignment and collaboration
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and impact of transformation initiatives, analyze data and feedback, and make informed adjustments
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific transformation projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and encouraging feedback and best practice sharing
  • Support the development of training materials and resources to build change management capabilities, and mentor/guide team members in transformation methodologies
