Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience utilizing CentralReach at either the user or administrator level, with prior experience in a support or training role being strongly preferred. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings is a plus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language, are required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort working independently, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are also necessary, along with being tech-savvy and capable of quickly learning new tools and platforms.
The CentralReach Training & Support Specialist will develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training sessions on the CentralReach platform for staff at various levels, create user-friendly training materials and SOPs, provide timely, day-to-day support to CR users via multiple channels, troubleshoot system-related issues and escalate them appropriately, assist with user onboarding and offboarding, monitor system usage, identify opportunities for workflow efficiency improvements, collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, and continuously improve training materials and system processes based on feedback.
