Responsibilities

Collaborate with the clinic's Resources Manager and Operational Manager on assigned tasks for smooth clinic operations
Provide support to healthcare staff, especially in patient mobilization and/or transfer when needed
Assist patients with positioning, particularly at the start and end of treatment cycles, with special attention to dependent patients or those with reduced mobility
Support the Resources Manager in clinic maintenance tasks, including facilities, materials, equipment, machines, water treatment, concentrate distribution, new equipment installation, temperature control, etc
Register and safeguard assigned records and documents according to the Management System's instructions and protocols
Collaborate with the Operational Manager on patient management support activities and other assigned tasks
Support the safety culture by following Occupational Risk Prevention guidelines (observing safety measures, using protective equipment, waste segregation, etc.)
Perform tasks related to warehouse management, medication and product inventory, and environmental management system as assigned by the Resources Manager
Carry out other tasks assigned by superiors based on unit needs to ensure proper functioning
Participate in training and support for new staff joining the clinic
