Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert in patient care pathways, therapeutic areas, and products.
  • Propose options for improved patient management through listening and trust.
  • Manage territory and collaborate internally and externally to build strong partnerships.
  • Achieve goals within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Engage with healthcare professionals, knowing and implementing product strategies to ensure patients benefit and physicians prescribe appropriately.
  • Regularly update knowledge of products, environment, regulations, medical visit tools, and the territory’s healthcare professional network.
  • Prepare visits by focusing on healthcare professional needs and analyze the impact of visits to establish a follow-up action plan.
  • Inform, listen to, and respond to healthcare professional needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and transmit requests and information to relevant departments (Pharmacovigilance, etc.).
  • Identify and utilize preferred communication channels for healthcare professionals to implement a consistent multichannel strategy.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in a quality dialogue and provide value by positioning the patient at the center of the exchange.
  • Respect the laboratory's portfolio strategy.
  • Accompany healthcare professionals and build strong, valuable professional relationships.
  • Organize and conduct professional communication activities (professional meetings, congresses…).
  • Embody Team Lilly and collaborate transversally with Lilly teams to create a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure positive customer experiences and achieve results.
