We are seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across supplement, wellness, and personal care categories. In this role, you will collaborate closely with category managers to build out target categories and seek out key brand partners that enhance our product assortment and strategic positioning. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating supplier relationships, optimizing partnership structures, and onboarding new brands that support key category-level strategies. This role is critical to balancing practitioner and patient loyalty, product quality, and commercial performance while shaping our long-term sourcing roadmap.
