Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or category management, preferably in supplements, consumer goods, or healthcare. Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-building skills, deep analytical and financial acumen, and proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools are required. Experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus, and a passion for integrative or holistic health is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include cultivating supplier relationships, negotiating partnership structures and exclusive offerings, managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, and optimizing cost structures through negotiation and identifying cost-saving initiatives. The role also involves tracking supplier KPIs and using data to influence assortment decisions and promotions.
