Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management including contracting. The role requires experience partnering with and presenting to senior-level leadership, strong negotiation skills with third parties, and robust financial and business acumen. Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills, assertiveness, courage, and the ability to influence others are essential, alongside excellent relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive and implement sourcing programs aligned with business strategies and to work autonomously as a lead and team member is also required.

Responsibilities

The Procurement Lead will generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies, manage the company's supply portfolio, and ensure spending transparency. They will create category strategies, design sourcing plans, oversee negotiations, implement contracts, and drive supplier relationships, specifically supporting the Business Process Outsourcing category within the Human Capital Category portfolio. This role involves ensuring strong alignment with key functional leaders and acting as a trusted advisor, while partnering with business and sourcing leadership to drive enterprise-wide value.
