Responsibilities

Work as CE business partner for category & EC team, collaborating with category MKT/shopper and EC team to support data/reporting requests, channel deep dive analysis, and define KPIs cross channel/category
Monitor core category metrics (e.g., GMV contribution rate, repurchase rate, cross-purchase rate) and conduct attribution analysis to identify growth bottlenecks or opportunities
Integrate e-commerce platform data (e.g., Tmall, JD, Douyin) with consumer behavior data to analyze online shopping paths, promotion conversion efficiency, and traffic allocation logic
Provide data support for category expansion/contraction decisions to avoid resource waste and focus on high-ROI areas
Build a "data-insights-action" closed loop to ensure rapid translation of analytical findings into business tactics
Drive advanced BI tool adoption (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to develop automated monitoring dashboards for real-time alerts on key metrics (e.g., price sensitivity, competitor dynamics)
Break down data silos and develop cross-domain reporting
Establish an agile analysis closed loop to shorten the "insight-decision-action" cycle
Overview of category & E-com development opportunity and risk to ensure precise resource investment
Build one single source of truth with natural KPI/methodology to evaluate performance and potential
