Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Catalog Specialists and Catalog Data Analysts, defining and organizing goals, initiatives, and performance metrics aligned with business objectives
  • Aid in the development and training of team members, support performance reviews, provide coaching, and lead training sessions on operational strategies and emerging technologies
  • Manage the sourcing, cleaning, integration, and transformation of metadata from structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring compliance with Catalog Operations guidelines
  • Analyze and improve catalog data structures, workflows, and processes to enhance data quality, performance, and adherence to privacy, security, and compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement initiatives enhancing operational efficiency and driving long-term growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies improving catalog performance, user experience, process automation, and efficiency via data insights
  • Prepare weekly Catalog Operations meetings to set priorities and coordinate work distribution across product teams
