Responsibilities

  • Define & deliver global Amazon customised Brand + Portfolio strategies >12 months
  • Accelerate cross fertilization across regions/markets
  • Drive strategic mid/long term projects
  • Leverage Logitech global category strategies with market, consumer, and Amazon analytics to define winning mid to long term Amazon customised strategies and toolkits (including marketing mix plans & tools, strategic NPI, customised products, partnerships)
  • Contribute to seamless shopping experience on Amazon platforms while balancing top and bottom line growth
  • Provide investment guidelines on key strategies
  • Partner internally with global/regional categories and Amazon commercial & marketing heads to shape pragmatic and impactful guidelines
  • Engage and influence Amazon externally to drive strategic partnerships and brand equity
  • Monitor and analyse key KPIs (including competition) to refine and adapt strategies
  • Share knowledge and learning across regions/functions for faster Amazon value creation (e.g., post mortem analysis)
  • Enable internal teams to improve Amazon acumen and mastery
  • Contribute to forums to facilitate best practices sharing and act as Amazon category expert internally and externally
  • Improve and create processes for efficiencies/scalability (e.g., with agencies, partners)
  • Lead or participate in strategic projects to reinforce Logitech presence on Amazon, acting as think tank and trend setter
  • Influence and co-work with marketing community on customised partnerships, dedicated products, and launches; amplify them externally
  • Upgrade processes, operating modes, dashboards, and agency partnerships to stay competitive
