Position Overview

BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition is a dynamic environment focused on innovation in sports and active hydration. We are seeking a Category Analyst - Bottler (East) to join our team. This role supports Bottler & Channel specific selling strategies and Retail Execution, leveraging data and insights to influence decision-making with Coca-Cola Bottler stakeholders and Bottler-Led customers. The ultimate objective is to be a strategic partner to BODYARMOR Bottler Sales, providing the guidance, tools, and support needed to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership and Leadership

  • Develop insights for bottler partners to achieve BODYARMOR sales objectives.
  • Share impactful messaging on the latest category trends, analysis, and projections.
  • Own analytics and insights communication in internal and external meetings.
  • Generate and disseminate weekly/monthly business performance reports using syndicated and proprietary insight tools.
  • Respond to ad hoc business questions using insight tools such as Tableau, Nielsen, Numerator, etc.
  • Train bottler sales teams on Category Management tools as needed.

Category Analytics

  • Proactively analyze key performance metrics to identify execution gaps, underperformance, and category dynamic shifts.
  • Lead the monthly scorecard process, focusing on trends and drivers impacting topline performance.
  • Incorporate depletion and scan data for situational analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Own and evolve reporting tools and platforms for internal teams to leverage in their analytical processes and to make recommendations to external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights, and/or strategy.
  • Remote-based, located East of the Mississippi.
  • Up to 25% travel by car or plane required (potential locations: Orlando, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Charlotte).
  • Technical proficiency in: Tableau, Scan systems, Panel systems, MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
  • Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and project management qualities.
  • Demonstrated capacity for big-picture, strategic thinking, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Field sales experience preferred.

Salary

Pay Range: $86,300 - $113,000 (Base pay)
