Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Assoc.+6 years; M.S.), and the ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
As a Cataract Refractive Manager, the individual will be responsible for applying marketing tools and resources to establish a concentrated plan for growth in patient-pay segments and practice development, planning and completing equipment demo presentations, displaying intuition for business skills with Alcon discount programs, performing educational presentations with clinics and organizations to discuss improving patient outcomes, working with other Alcon sales professionals to strengthen the portfolio, and demonstrating an independent and consultative value-based sales approach to selling lens implants, Clinic/OR related equipment, and patient education programs.
