Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in program management, particularly within the medical device or healthcare industries. CMP and CTSM certifications are preferred.
The Conventions and Engagement Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all national conventions, including 12+ US conferences, as well as supporting regional and international events. They will manage tradeshow booths, coordinate vendors and sales teams, develop strategic imperatives aligned with the product roadmap, engage with HCPs, drive lead generation, and ensure tradeshows align with marketing objectives.
