Ability to process member purchases courteously and friendly, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Ability to scan merchandise through a point-of-sale system for accurate inventory counts and purchase totals
Ability to provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Ability to maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department

Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and club standards (Grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, clean and organized)
Understanding of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department
Responsibilities
Process member purchases, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payment
Provide high level of customer service, checking members out in a timely and efficient manner
Offer all appropriate membership products such as renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist members
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment
Maintain visible accurate signage, keep areas clean and organized inside and out
Carry out job functions as assigned, support flawless execution, act with member in mind, escalate concerns as appropriate
Work as a team to achieve goals and deliver GOLD club standards daily
