Clear understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including the importance of renewals, upgrading to BJ’s Loyalty programs
Ability to offer appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Knowledge of how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department

Responsibilities
Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products
Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals
Fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity
Achieve GOLD club standards daily: Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; Grand opening look; all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized
