Ability to provide a high level of customer service to Members
Ability to check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals
Ability to fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members

Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Offer all appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Strive for flawless execution and hold yourself accountable
Address all concerns and escalate any concerns as appropriate
Deliver service excellence through all points of contact
Resolve and deescalate to address every member concern
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and clean and organized areas inside and out
