Responsibilities
Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting payments
Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Deliver service excellence, resolve and deescalate member concerns
Commit to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including Grand Opening Look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping clean/organized
Offer appropriate membership products like renewals, EASY renewal, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Check members out in a timely and efficient manner, scanning merchandise accurately for inventory and purchase totals
