Ability to process member purchases courteously, including verifying/renewing/upgrading memberships, scanning merchandise, and accepting various payments

Ability to maintain cleanliness of the front-line department

Responsibilities
Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting payments
Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
Maintain overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance
Address member concerns, escalate as appropriate, and ensure a safe, positive environment
Deliver service excellence, resolve/deescalate member concerns, and commit to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate - GAA)
Work as a team to deliver GOLD club standards daily, including grand opening look, stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining signage, and keeping areas clean/organized
Scan all club merchandise through point-of-sale system for accurate inventory and purchase totals
Offer appropriate membership products such as renewals, EASY renewal, Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Check members out in a timely and efficient manner
