Ability to check Members out in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to scan all club merchandise through a point-of-sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and accurate purchase totals
Ability to fill shopping carts when necessary and assist Members

Responsibilities
Process Member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering several types of membership products
Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
Provide excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the front-line department
Offer all appropriate membership products such as membership renewal, EASY renewal option, BJ’s Loyalty programs, and Rewards redemption
Resolve and deescalate member concerns
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Embrace inclusion and diversity through collaboration and respect
Maintain Grand Opening Look (GOLD) daily, including all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and clean/organized areas
Carry out job functions as assigned and escalate concerns as appropriate
