Responsibilities

The Carrier Operations Coordinator will oversee the operational delivery of compliance-related initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. This includes owning end-to-end project coordination, managing compliance activities across carriers and regions, representing the team in governance forums, supporting documentation and tracking of outcomes, creating reporting automation requests, building project frameworks, monitoring compliance workload, and supporting registration workflows. They will also escalate regulatory or carrier issues to leadership and provide high-level updates to stakeholders.
