Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant - Los Angeles Area at Aria Care Partners

The position is on-site and in-person in the Los Angeles area, including Anaheim and surrounding areas. Remote work is not available.

Requirements include proof of negative TB test, ability to pass a drug screen, authorization to work in the US, and Registered Home Care Aide (HCA). Prior caregiving experience (2 years preferred), CPR/first aid certification are needed; the company will pay for TB test and CPR if required.

The role involves part-time or full-time in-home one-on-one care with flexible scheduling and various shifts from 4 to 12 hours. It's focused on providing compassionate support to clients with developmental disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer's in a loving environment.

Strong candidates have prior caregiving experience (2 years preferred), a solid work ethic as described by previous managers, flexibility for various shifts in Los Angeles County, and passion for supporting clients with developmental disabilities.
