Working knowledge of all production positions within the facility
Ability to train new hires when needed

Serve as a back-up to a Supervisor of the CARE Room
Supervise production workers and warehouse workers (where applicable) to ensure all production functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist teammates in solving work problems
Establish work areas and rotations to optimize the workflow of the CARE Room
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality regulations and processes
Verify and adhere to accomplishing daily/weekly production goals with the Team
Assist in preparing operational schedules and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specifications
Confer with Supervisor to coordinate activities in Receiving, Picking, Replenishment, Assembly, and Shipping
Oversee daily floor operations to ensure compliance with standards
Order and track shortages for production
Place Work orders, Purchase Orders, and arrange Transportation for shipments
Perform additional duties as directed
