Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, 3+ years of related experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service within the healthcare industry, proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook, experience working with Medicare populations, and a basic understanding of Medicare Health Plans alongside knowledge of medical terminology and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
