Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health. We are seeking an Advocate Community Lead to own the strategy, systems, and storytelling that keep our growing advocate team informed, aligned, and inspired. This role will lead the development and execution of all communication efforts supporting our advocates, working closely with Advocate Operations, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful communication across all channels.
Solace is a Series B startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, and Signalfire. Our fully remote U.S. team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly. Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken, with 88% of U.S. adults lacking the health literacy to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and providing tools for better decision-making and outcomes.
