Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess experience in outbound call center, inside sales, telephonic outreach, or patient engagement roles, preferably in healthcare. Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills are essential, along with the ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and empathy. Comfort working with productivity targets and quality metrics in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment, high comfort with technology including Google Suite and CRMs, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail are also required.

Responsibilities

Engage prospective patients through proactive outbound calls and multichannel outreach to drive awareness and enrollment in the musculoskeletal (MSK) care navigation program. Clearly and empathetically communicate the value proposition, tailoring conversations to patient goals, concerns, and motivations. Build trust and rapport using active listening and motivational interviewing, identify and address patient questions or barriers, and maintain a calm, supportive tone. Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and consistency in all patient interactions, accurately documenting patient interactions and meeting performance targets. Coordinate patient handoffs with internal care teams, participate in team meetings, and surface feedback on outreach trends for continuous improvement.
